Default making units regenerate on strat map.

    How would I do this?

Would I add Generals unit for the unit in descr_units?

When recruting generals units will a man of the hour event take place as in production of a general character to lead the unit?

Will turning the unit into a generals unit give it the ability to regenerate on the strat map between battles?

If this will not help a unit regenerate does anyone know of a way to do that.

Yes making a unit a general unit will make it regenerate as long as it has a character. However once you reach the character limit you are left with units that will not regenerate.

What files would I need to modify to give non-character units the ability to regenerate. Is this hardcoded or not?

I'm pretty sure that's hard-coded. Incidentally: What's the character limit?

No thing is everything. Every thing is nothing.

I assume it is when you stop getting Man of the moment events. I am not sure what the precise number is. I think it is related to how many provinces you have.
