'good' computer runs RTW battles very choppy
I have the following laptop specs:
windows vista home premium
AMD Turion 64 x2 1.9ghz
2 GB RAM
ATI Xpress 1150 256MB HyperMemory (Integrated graphics)
It doesnt matter if I max the graphics out or minimize them the whole way, i get the same exact choppy scrolling and choppy unit movement on the battlefield.
any advice?

You should see some change in performance between the graphics at minimum and maximum settings.
My guess is that it's the integrated graphics card that is the problem. Laptops aren't really designed for gaming. People do use them and there is varying specifications out there. I am sure that the laptops that are used for games have graphics cards with them.

Get rid of vista, use Windows XP instead
vista is a performance drain

Scan your laptop for spyware with AVG Anti-Spyware.

Also run something like Advanced Windows Care Personal (it's a free download for personal use).
