Problem starting game...

I have a problem when Im trying to play... whenever I start the game, a message says " This application has failed to start because d3dx9_30.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem. " I dont know what to do, Ive already re installed and everything, I always get that message, what's wrong?

The program cannot find where you installed directx 9.0.c, the version this game requires. Download from Microsoft and install it. You may have to uninstall and reinstall the game for it to take effect.
