Anyway, we never really made a list of units. Let's do it here

Nice list, I suggest several more Troll units. One or two heavy ones, maybe one suicide/beserker Troll unit. Also I think there should be some more archer unit, including a (heavy) armoured one.

I like the troll idea but it might be a little weird to have more than one troll.

These are the 2 units I've got a problem with. Its not a good idea to name units by the place they come from. By doing that, it means only Moria Infantry and Orcs from Gunabad will be recruitable from Moria and Gunabad. Basically if a unit is called "Orcs from Gunabad" then that is the only unit recruitable from Gunabad because all the Orcs recruited in Gunabad are from Gunabad

Uruk Swords is nonsens. Uruks/Uruk-Hai's where only used by Sauron and Saruman.

I would like to see heavy Goblin/Orc units, same kind like the Chieftain's Guard. With heavy armour and weapons they stole from the Dwarves. Would give some more balance to their roster.

Also I'd like to see one or two Warg units extra, for one because the Wargs origin from the Misty Mountains and because it would give them more balance in their unit roster.

And like I said I would really like more Troll-Units. Would be realistic since there where several kinds of Trolls in those regions. Like Cave-Trolls, Hill-Trolls, Mountain-Trolls. I'd reckon the Goblins to use these Trolls and arm them for war purposes. So, there could be a low-budget Troll with a basic axe/hammer/whatever. And also a heavy armoured one, sort of like those in siege of Minas Tirith(movie) but somewhat different. I think two-three Troll-Units should be enough

    Good list Glorfindel!

how about mounted warg archers and javelin throwers(a name change from that should be done) they can have terrible accuracy due to the issues of trying to shoot from a wargs back and have a decent attack too because of their mounts

Uruk is not nonesense cause check out this

in the chapter "Bridge of Kazad Dum"

a huge orc-chieftain, almost man-high, clad in black mail from head to foot, leaped into the chamber; behind him his followers clustered in the doorway. His broad flat face was swart, his eyes were like coals, and his tongue was red; he wielded a great spear. With a thrust of his huge hide shield he turned Boromir's sword and bore him backwards, throwing him to the ground. Diving under Aragorn's blow with the speed of a striking snake he charged into the Company and thrust with his spear straight at Frodo.

    what does that mean??
