    Default Dale..., A Kingdom???

Why is The Kingdom of Dale a faction? It was one town that was destroyed by Smaug, rebuilt, then destroyed again in the siege of Erebor. Not exactly a "Kingdom" let alone a faction by itself.
Perhaps give the Dale units to the Dwarves, since they live right next to them.

Link to wikipedia. Scroll to Dale it clealry states Brand as King Brand so it is a kingdom. But i think it is better if Dale is renamed to Men of Rhovannion so it can include more settlements, but still an army of mainly Dale units.

and Dale did exports and imports with the Mirkwood

    it is a Faction then
Glorfindel, the Lord of the House of the Golden Flower

...Glorfindel was tall and straight, his hair was of shining gold, his face fair and young and fearless and full of joy, his eyes were bright and keen, and his voice like music, on his brow sat wisdom, and in his hand was strength...

... the Elven-wise, lords of the Eldar from beyond the furthest seas. They do not fear the Ringwraiths, for those who have dwelt in the Blessed Realm live at once in both worlds, and against both the Seen and the Unseen they have great power...

Yes, trade of Dale, Erebor and Mirkwood was probably most richest in north.

Dunland was mostly part of Isengard, and they weren't as powerful as Dale.

    from tolkiengateway.net

Dale was a township of Men lying between Erebor and Esgaroth. It was destroyed when Smaug the dragon descended on the Dwarf-kingdom of Erebor. For one-hundred seventy-two years city lay in ruins, until the Battle of Five Armies. After the battle, Dale and was refounded by Bard the Bowman , the descendant of its royal line. Dale, once again was a prosperous city. It had a long lasting friendship with the Dwarves of Erebor and the Iron Hills, and the people of Lake-Town, trading with them and allying with them in times of war.
During the War of the Ring, the Easterlings attacked the city. Not able to hold the Easterlings back the Men of Dale and their allies, the Dwarves of Erebor, retreated into the the Lonely Mountain, but not without losing both Dale and Erebors' kings Brand and Dain II Ironfoot who were both slain at the gates of the mountain. For seven days the Men and Dwarves barricaded themselves in Erebor until news came from the south of the defeat of Sauron, the new kings of Dale and Erebor (Bard II and Thorin III Stonehelm), broke the siege and chased the Easterlings out of Dale. After the siege, the Men of Dale rebuilt Dale, with the help of the Dwarves. Bard also sent an emissary to the coronation of king Elessar.

In chapter of LotR where Frodo speaks with Glóin in Rivendell, Glóin mentions that lands of Dale has growed far to east and south. It might have controlled whole east side of Mirkwood so yes, at least I consider it as a kingdom

P.S. There were actually 2 towns in Dale's kingdom: Esgaroth and Dale.

Kingdom of Rhovanion, now there is a kingdom! A bit earlier, but still in the 3rd age. It might have included Dale as well.

Esgaroth and Dale were founded after this kingdom was pretty much deserted.

Blarg, read the part at the top.
It is possible that Dale and Esgaroth formed part of the Kingdom before Erebor was founded by the Dwarves of Durin's Folk.

Of course Dale should be a Kingdom. Dale was probably the same strength as Rohan at the WOTR. Dale was the biggest supplier of Wine and Toys in Middle-earth. And without the combined forces of Dale and Erebor most of Rhova-somethingorother would have fallen to the Easterlings
