Border Horse Problem

Not one of them has a normal head. Is this a texture issue or something?

definitely looks like a SS problem as I checked my SS6.1 border horse and they also have this problem, whereas the border horse in kingdoms are perfectly OK.

If I knew anything about how these figures are put together on screen I might be able to offer a solution. But I can't.
