I can't play this mod,vhen I start bach file they just flash black window on the display and turn off,please help me,I have 1.3 version of medieval total war

I don't know if this what you are asking about but if it is about how to download CAE 1.4 then or if your question is regarding problem with the mod itself then just go to the corresponding thread or link to get all the help you need like the one eggthief just provided .As i said i barely understood your question but i hope this helps.
