Correct me if i'm wrong, but i thought the mongols were the only ones coming from the north east of the map historically. They came and pwned russian and polland. the Timurid is supposed to come from the south east, taking bagdad and threatening the turks as shown here:


i dont know if something like this is even possible to mod:hmmm:

Yes, I can mod it so the Timurids only spawn in the south, thats no problem. At the moment I have made the mongols only spawn in the north of the map also because the Turks have their backs up against the wall early on at war with Byzantium and Antioch. The Timurid invasions will now occur near to the Holy lands.

Yes i dont think the mongols need to appear in the south either. I am surprised at how much people can do with modding. is it possible to have like a remote region that just ahve the mongols there the whole time so that we can use the mongols on the campaign? Im not asking for this to happen, but just a suggestion because I would SOOO want to use them

hi, this is jsut a map of the timurid, not the mongols, but they DID take over russia, that I am sure of. They also had battles and won every one of them near poland. which reminds me btw, there will be a movie called "mongols" coming out soon, im SO excited to see that!
