Help can Rome not starting up any more

So when i try to run rome now i get this error
RomeTW.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.


I have tryed to uninstall and reinstall but nothing is working any ideas would help me out alot.

Hmm, that's strange. Perhaps try uninstalling everything again (using the "un-install" feature), and then have your computer-cleaner do a registry clean-up.
