elite and late units?

Um i can't seem to get any fuedal knights or anything beyond javelin men in my spanish campaign at all my fortresses and citidels. At the cities i can getmerchant calvary and spear militia and crosabowsm, thats all my armies ar. Which is really hard and i'm starting to loose battles alot. It all say next unit avabile in 9 turns? Whats up with that? it never goes down and some say next avaible in 4 turns, and my cannons and siege equipment i can never get either, i'm confused please help. Am i doing something wrong?

I have 6.1 and RR, what am i doing wrong? also i'm on turn 76 late period camp as spain if that helps.

could be

A: not enough funding

or B: you do not have the correct buildings in order to enable you to recruit these units

Not enough funding, what does this mean, i have tons of money and i have all the building all tiers.

it just always says 9 turns till i can build them, and it never goes down.

Well i guess back to more NTW2

are you sure that you did not install BYG III? there's a bug in it that doesn't allow you to recruit elite/late units - you need the patch from the BYG releasethread...
