Thanks for this. I've been looking for some good sources of WW1 info recently.

Is this the one that aired on Channel 4 a few years back?

Too bad they dont have much coverage on the Ottoman Empire.

They have a whole episode on the Ottoman Empire, plus another Half of an episode on it towards the end.... But they can always do more, but they did cover the basics, which is more then most documentaries.

Yeah, I finished watching the whole series and I found that the strength of it all was that they covered the core of all aspects well. It covers the trigger that started it all, the blockade, the eastern and western fronts, the Ottomans, Africa, the revolutions, and really put to home the suffering that both the soldiers and civilians went through on all sides. Besides the complete lack of mention of the Canadian effort, it was top notch all around.
