MedievalShell pops up at random
I can find people having this problem on forums but I can't find the answer!
The shell pops up, usually while I'm holding the ctrl key and left clicking and then I get the scroll with the keyboard shortcuts. Sound is gone and the settlements no longer tell me their status unless I mouse over them.
This seems like a driver problem, anyone know the fix offhand?
AMD X2
ATI 1950XT 7.11
2GB
A2
XP homely
EDIT: finally entered the right search term- is the the MS intellisoft driver issue?

Re: MedievalShell pops up at random
Your ATI driver are out of date. This page for the newest ons: http://ati.amd.com/support/driver.html. For intellesoft drivers, I had no issue with them in the past although any more I use the default mouse drivers. XP, updated to SP3? .Net Framework to 3.5? If that's a Dell board, the bios was up to version A4 two years ago.

And yes, do update the Wireless keyboard drivers with the latest ones on the MS website.
