I am not sure if anyone has ask this.

I want to add some names to my factions. First I have notice there are some files which are missing or hiding.

These are the files I want to use

descr_names_lookup
names
descr_names

The reason you can't find the files is you might not of unpacked the game so did you do that?

I unpack the files but the text file (names) is not there. Do I need names.txt to add some names in?

Can you find a file with the same name but string in it????

After you've unpacked the game, do a search in your M2TW folder with "names" as keyword. You should find these three files (otherwise you've done something weird). You will need to edit all three of these files for a new name to work properly. Just changing names.txt is not enough.

When I change names into a notepad it looks wried. I mean the file "names" is in VLC Media file (before I change it to notepad) and when I look inside the file it was not like the one in Rome.
