If anyone is wondering how i'm doing that good against france with the netherlands and obviously helped England defeat france I was Burgundy, changed my capital to antwerp, use the culture shift decision to become flemish, and formed the nation.

Burgundy is really fun to play as.

Well if you control most of france you get a lot of manpower.

Also I control most of west africa at this point north to the moroccan border down to benin at this point.

You should see my army late game, its like 4 times that size since each group I have about 30k troops.

Not sweet enough

I was hoping by the end of the game that Paris would convert to my culture but no french provinces did, only ones in my culture group. In my previous game as Germany all of germany converted top prussian so I thought that it would do that for france in this.
