Favorite Faction Pride Screenshot Thread

This is a thread where you can post a screen of your favorite SS faction in action form any version or modification of SS. The rules are simple.

1. One screen per person, one faction per person (not including the ones in the battle, ect.) Like if you are fighting multiple factions, only the one you are featuring is counted as the one faction per person rule.

2. No image editing beyond cropping. We want a pure screen showing the actual SS game in action.

You may use a campaign, or a custom battle.

For my faction, Norway is always my favorite. This pic is titled

Viking Invasion: What You Do Not Want To See Outside Your Village



I love the SS weather as I did in my Norse AAR. The new skins look great and this isn't the fully upgraded ones either! Norway now feels like they really are the fighting with their Viking Tradition. I think all factions shoul get a reskin at some point so they can all be unique. Oh, don't forget about the awesome look of using shield wall formation!

Not excactly my all time favorite faction but this shot is from one of the best campaign I ever had.

Its only one screen because I want people to try and capture as much feeling from that faction in one screen, like a very powerful cannon shot to the face.

This is kind of strange, but I've had multiple times to take great pictures except.... how do you take pictures in game? I packed my instructions away and have no idea..... and when you do take them, where do they go on your computer so you can find them? I was hitting all sorts of buttons, so maybe I do have one hidden somewhere.

download FRAPS... it lets you take as many screenshots AND videos of ANY game as you'd want

Hit printscreen when you want a shot from the game. You can find them in the .tgas folder. From there you can upload them from for example Photobucket.

To Militia Calvary: Great screen!

To waffen: Its easy if you pause the battle, and then hit print screen, just in case you aren't used to taking pics while the battle is in motion. My print screen button says "Prt Scr" with "SysRQ" under those words.

Heres a pic from my byzantine campaign vs sicily. I was trying to wrestle control of the boot from the sicilians and ended up fighting some massive bloody battles, actually got beat a couple of times. Gotta love those Romans.
