Are you sure you patched your BI to 1.6? And are you sure you followed all the instalation instructions correctly?

As Elphir said, you have not patched your BI to 1.6, as the instructions say. Delete the "ci" folder, patch your Bi to 1.6 and then re-install FATW, following the simple instructions. Thx.

Does anyone know where I can find a reliable Coptic translation service on the Net?

You could try this site (http://www.alphadictionary.com/direc...siatic/Coptic/), it has a link for lessons.

    Holy thread necromancy, Batman!

I'm wondering, google search might be your best friend here? Usually you just need to double click on the file and it will start installing.

Hi, I have a problem with my copy of the fourth age; I can't play the campaign any more. Every time I try to load a save game (it just stopped working yesterday) or start a new campaign the progress bar goes almost or all the way to full and then the screen goes black and then I'm back on my desktop; there isn't any error messages or anything. I've tried reinstalling the mod and creating a another copy of Rome BI and copying the mod there but it hasn't worked. Some help please? (i'm posting in this thread cause i couldn't find the bugs thread)

What version are you using? Did you try to continue a save-game that was made using an older version? Do you use auto-save? Do you remember about which year in the campaign you were in?

Ah, right, he mod is designed to lock down if you choose the bad guys for 3rd time...

Seriously, that's puzzling... Can you please upload a save-game for us to have a look at?

Wait, so you uninstalled everything, and then installed it again, and it didn't work?

Ok, did you checked if you were installing in a clean folder? As there may have been some leftovers the installer didn't remove.

Or try cleaning up your registry, that often messes things up....

Let me try a random idea here... Are you sure you patched your BI to 1.6 before attempting to install FATW?

That must be what happened, because that same thing happened to me and then I noticed it required 1.6. But you have to make sure that FATW is COMPLETELY uninstalled before patching to BI 1.6.

i patched to 1.6 before installing. the folder of rome total was gone after uninstalling so nothing left there. plus i'd been playing the campaign for 2 weeks before it stopped working. so i have no idea why it's noe working now.

Neither have I tbh. If you have a clean installation of RTW, a clean BI, you ahve patched your BI to 1.6, followed the installation instructions and still it doesn't work, then I don't know what to say...

Please make sure that 1.6 is properly installed. if u can play CBs but not HBs or campaign, then it is probably it. So, can u check once more, just for the sake of it? Open BI and look at the top right corner of the Options screen for the version number.
