In some AAR I have seen the Roman unit cards as new ones with the XGM specific Roman units, rather than the vanilla Rome original cards..
How can I get this?
Thanks.

If you can find the Modding Legions pack you can install the unit cards over the current ones.
I'll take a quick look around and see if I can find it.
Patron of Suppanut, relentless work, check it out.
XGM Command - A Sub-Mod of the Extended Greek Mod and now included in Diadochi: Total War
HardSun on XBoxLive - Destiny and other stuff
I'd like to have them as well, cheers Balikedes.

Here is the link to Modding Legions v1.5...I think you can just copy what unit cards you want - over the unit cards you want replaced.
Good luck guys....

OH FECK!!!!
I put it in the xgm descr... & export... files
Now I'm going to uninstall xgm and then put the files in the quick way... See if that works.

Hang on!!
Doesn't XGM run from a different 'data' folder to vanilla Rome?
Can anyone tell me exactly what I need to do to get the Roman unit cards (and Prometheus Praetorian Guard looks interesting too)?
Is it worth rep?

Modded Legions doesn't have a UI folder :S
Mine has Data(within are models_unit and sprites) and optional content
Do I drag models_unit into UI/Unit Info/Roman Julii?
Or is it UI/Units/ Julii?
Confused tbh.
what would happen if I played as Scipio in custom batles, would it be the new ones or the old cards?

I really have no idea what to do. If i follow the directions in the archive i just get a bunch of error messages and it doesnt work when i copy it into xgm. Ive found the unit cards in the actual game, but none of the file types even correspond with the pictures.
Try this version. Looks like it has the UI (User Interface) stuff included. I will probably put together a pack for use with XGM sometime soon.
It's a 7z file - you can use this to open it.
I can't guarantee this will work, but the path to the folder which holds the units' UI cards is 'yourRomeTWfolder/xgm/data/UI/UNITS for the small pictures, and .../UI/UNIT_INFO for the pictures in the details scroll. You should be able to just paste everything there, in the Romans_Julii folder.
Kara Kolyo answered while I was typing, and his advice is better.
First time I tried adding all of the files manually, it closed the game , BUT it said that I had added units that didn't exist, the roman derciun, or whatever it was.

What where exactly?
I want to get this right first (well, 3rd) time round, an that isn't likely as I am not very good at this whole filing stuff...
I have Roman Julii Unit Info.. Do I need to drag and drop something in here, or copy and paste some writing into somewhere?
