    we have tried it in many battles
    the script performs very well and can really boost the ai. it also solve the problem of phalanxes turned in the wrong way(in many cases at least) and AI reacts really faster to your moves,trying in the mean time to perform a critical attack .I have also seen the AI divide its aarmy to counter a flanking unit group.
    Ai has to be resetted non that often anyway or it will go in chaos XD so an enphasy on testing has gone in that direction.Hope i have found the correct balance

    Amazing if it can fire up correctly...^_* . Major stress trying to figure out Darth's AI tweaks in EDU for all my units,only to find formations AI seems to override it and I get kamikaze slingers and peltasts..aghhh. I do not know about EB AI script,hmmm. Good luck on this project!!!! Rep also,fingers crossed this can work!!!

    in EB there's no AI script at all
    i used also sinueht and darth discoveries to perfectionate a descr_formation_ai.txt specifically for our mod.Our formations use anyywy more the sinueht approach as i think vader one is a bit unflexible(romans can't use macedons tactics even if with armies fully maded of phalanxes)...

    Oh wow, that's really great!

    I'll surely download this mod asap!

    Edit: btw, I think you misunderstoot. I wondered if you also had this for the campaign AI. ie, having it attack settlements, armies ormaybe even fleets and such

    I know our english is not so good.. if you want we can start writing in italian, so our concepts will be clear and you can prove how good are YOU with languages.

    Anyway, here Gaio is simply saying that the AI now works better. He explained a bit how and why. Obviously he is not going to tell everything, he did it for the mod, so we prefer that our modded things remains in our mod.
    Anyway the mod is out. If you want to test it yourself you can. If you just want to argue.. This is not the right place for that.

    All I'm saying is I expected a list of AI features and why it's better, not just "Reversed a script works now download it". It'd really help him get more downloads.

    Example:

    "the aI perform 300% better as it won't persist in plans wich are already failed as to flank a enemy hhow has reinforced that part of the formation"

    So...it's 300% better because it flanks? It already flanks in the default game, but this makes it "300%" better for no given reason?

    it becomes better not because it doesn't do mistakes....it's 300% better because when i reset it it realises that it's doing a mistake and reacts...so phalanx does no more stay with his back pointed on enemies while noone is behind....and if you try to flank the ai the ai stops doing what it was doing and re-positionate his units ^^
    and i think it's a lot better...think at it as you wish ^^
