    Default cant do battle

hi all, im new to the mod (just installed it yesterday). When i first installed IBFD7, the game would make it to the start up screen (the one where it says the mod name and with the big picture) but then it would crash and give me the message "script error in ibfd/data/descr-items.txt, at line 15, column 9.

include file not found in data/descr_items/:'di_spot-items.txt' "

i installed the update and thought that might get rid of it, and it did. i could start a campaign and everything.

however when i go to fight in a battle, it freezes on the loading screen (the one with the pic and quote). the only way i have found of getting out of it is to resart my computer.

so does anyone know what i can do? thanks in advance.

Yes you need a clean RTW and BI before installing any of the IB mods.

    Cheers

A black small window, that shows the process of installing. After, installer done it appears automatically and at some points asks for something.

The error says there is something missing. Thus, maybe installations may solve the problem.

What about the target path on the shortcut? does it match your RTW-BI installation location?

well i unistalled the mod and reinstalled again, and upgraded it, but when i tried to enter a battle on the campaign map (it was a siege), little windows (lots and lots of windows) poped up saying the models for a whole bunch of buildings were missing. i hit the esc button enough for them to go away and i got into the battle, but the city wasnt there. when i moved the mouse, it said all the structures were there, and the units moved around them like normal, but I couldnt see any of the buildings.

anyone have a clue on this? thanks again for the help, I really feel bad asking all these questions, so sorry.
