Can't seem to start download

I got the game patched to 1.6, but for some reason when I try to get the 7.0 version, the file would be saved, and when I click on it to start up the install, it says that it is not a valid Win32 application. Also, the file I get seems to be there in name only, containing zero bytes. I have Vista, I don't know if that is the problem. So any help would be appreciated, been wanting to try this out for a while.

Have you tried to download file from different location? I would normally recommend filefront.

Ah, it is no problem now, it turns out it was a problem with the browser I was using. Used another browser, and it downloaded fine, and I'm enjoying the game. I just seem too much the beginner though, losing a battle with my 1900 vs. their 1000. Tough game, but I really dig it. Only thing I have to ask is that are their descriptions on the battlefield (e.g. heavy infantry, spearmen) accurate to what they do? Or have they been changed a lot from the vanilla version?
