Why would the Government get the steel from the towers and take it to China to melt it down before doing an forenscic investigation .

The question should be that how a high tech 110 story skyscraper collapse so symmetrically? The collapse can be explained by hours of fire weakening the steel structure of the building though I'm not sure about in what degrees does the plane fuel burns and how strong the steel used in WTC.

The conclusion was that the failure was consitant with a progressive collapse, and has been recreated using computer models.

Either you belive the NISP report, or you believe thousands of people, including hundreds of well respected Proffesional Engineers are part of a conspiracy to cover up the murder of 3,000+ American citizens.

If that isn't persuasive enough; For both towers, the levels above the airplane impact begin to collapse well after the levels directly below the impact. How did these mysterious explosive experts know the exact level the planes would hit, and thus leave out the explosives on the levels above intact ?

I understand this viewpoint, but to anyone in the structural engineering field, it screams of ignorance. To simplify, the core of any structure is required to have a "2-hour" fire rating. Which means after 2 hours exposed to fire, all bets are off. The conclusions in the NIST report actually suggests changes to the IBC (International Building Code) fire requirments because the towers collapsed after only ~45 min, which is unexceptable.

there was another building that got down.at the same time WTCs went down .
i think it was Buidling 7. ?

Building 7 actually stood for a over two hours while its diesel storage tanks burned, so that isn't much of a concern. It might not even have collapsed if the firefighters hadn't been ordered to stay out (do to safety concerns for the firefighters).

The real concern was how the fireproofing material used in the towers was so easily removed during the impact and thus did not provide the fire protection they were supposed to. To get the fireproofing rating you basically spray this material on some steel and put it in a fire until it discinegrates. No test is done to see how well it "sticks" to the steel during an explosion or impact.

Who cares what some crackpots say about the WTC collapsing? We have several more important problems that deserve our intention, nationalization of the economy, the threat of socialised medicine, not to mention the current political and cultural trend of going to the far left.

The World Trade Center fell because two planes were hijacked and slammed into the two towers. End of discussion.

Certainly are. One is- Is there a racist element to all this? I mean, how could a bunch of 'desert-dwelling A-rabs' take the worlds most powerful nation by surprise? also, are some Americans so distrusting of their government that they believe it would kill it's own people like this?

If the answer to both of those is 'yes' then conspiracy theories are the least of theirworries. To question the official version of the events is healthy human inquisitiveness, and I'm glad it's occuring, but this whole thing seems a rather ghoulish crusade of paranoid conspiracists.
