Second: To all those of you who thinks its pushed back because of debugging and polishing...well i feel with you. If you ask me, you are all naiv. There must be real big issues if CA is delaying it...just watch the history. CA is always willing to bring an unpolished game to the xmas stores. Did they lost customer? NO? Well why should that have changed...

At Sega webpage says Winter 2009. If they don't put a decent anti piracy protection say good bye to earnings. I remember that with M2 there were all these shameless people uploading Medieval 2 to every place possible in the net within 24 hours afther it's release

That happens to every game. Almost.

And I'm not too positive when it comes to copy protection. I've heard a lot about, for example, Mass Effect, where people who bought totally legal copies weren't able to play the game cause of the copy protection that bugged out.

I wonder if we will get some kind of demo in the next few months...

I can only imagine the day the demo gets released....

Wow, I don't know whether to be really sad or really happy.
On sad, it means this amazing looking game isn't coming out until next year. Which is upsetting.
On glad, it looks like you'll make this game amazingly bug free!
And of course, this way I have time to save up for a decent computer. Which I guess is good...
So on a whole, I appluad your decision CA, and look forward to one of the best strategy games of all time. Of course, if it isn't one of the best strategy games of all time...

well, CA already confirmed you could play as the ottoman empire, which was PRETTY BIG during this time. also, they had pretty cool troops.

I hate to burst peoples bubble, but just because its being pushed back does not guarantee a bug free or total ETW game.

They obviously are not going to miss out on a prime time release date just because of a few bugs, there is obviously something more major that has caused this push back.:hmmm:

Not happy but I can deal with it so long its not pushed back too far into Q1.
