Id say the first act of good faith should be "you have a right to exist" because Im not exactly sure how it is smart to give up nukes when many of your neighbors refuse to acknowledge you do and should exist.

The Arabs might just be stupid enough to try 1967 again if Israel only has the best armed forces, but certainly not if Israel has nukes and chemical weapons.
