2Open the file and copy or drop the bi folder and then the data folder over rtw files copying over all files.

-Names: Pro Roman British faction have both British and roman names
-Bulgar Names added.. more work needed with this
-elite British or most Island faction units only recruit able in Britain, Gael, and Pict lands.
-separated marca general unit between RB and Pro Roman Britain faction
-made Marca Contwn(ATW unit Agreas: sarmatian heavy cav) a British general unit
-limitanei spear brought back as primary weapon re textured BI-AR textures
-an elite auxilia palatinii only in capitals
-More zor unit recruitment for higher Roman tier units
-ERE increased warlord upkeep
-Roman recruiting buiildings will produce higher trained soldiers
-New banners and symbols for the Picts and Saxons.. Arthurian-symbol(and in game banner) for the Picts
-Merovee readded to Frankish line
-Just need to see what needs to be done with the map
-removed Graal knights as a recruit able unit..now only merc unit
-removed the cataphract from the British Isles
-Added the IBFD legio unit
-added a re textured(bi -and ibfd mix) Ostrogoth horse archer with bow
-renamed and redid several unit descriptions
