Help with shortcuts needed

I've recently installed IBFD 7.03 and everything ran smoothly.
After problems with computer and reinstallation of Windows, I can't find any shortcuts for Ruina Romae, but all the files in 'ibfd' subfolder and installation of BI are intact.
How can I make a new shortcut for the mod?

Right click on RomeTW-BI.exe and make a new shortcut, then right click on the shortcut and change the "Destination" line to

"C:\Program Files\Activision\Rome - Total War\RomeTW-BI.exe" -mod:ibfd -show_err

Thank you, I've started the game, but it seems my installation isn't as intact as I thought. I don't have any problems with loading campaign savegame, but when I start the battle, loading screen goes to some three quarters, then the program crashes with message that files in data/models_building can't be found.
Size of 'ibfd' folder on my disc is 0,99 GB, there are 12 124 files in 254 folders. I haven't changed anything but some options.
Can I get those missing files somehow without reinstalling everything because installation file has been deleted and although I've got fast connection I wouldn't like to download it again.
I haven't encountered any problems before reinstallation of Windows, and RTW and BI are unmodified in folder where IBFD is installed.

there should be some problem about your current installation. My IBFD folder is only slightly modded but it has much more files than yours, so I can only suggest you to download again IBFD 7.0 and the 7.03 patch

It seems every time I solve one problem other one shows up.
I've succeded in downloading version 7.0 from 3D Downloads, but at least for a week I can't download anything from Filefront. Could that be problem with my computer or browser or ...?

filefront works fine for me, make sure to disable download managers and stuff like the google web accelerator

Well, I finally downloaded it, but I still get error messages and slower download speed. Instead of usual 200 - 250 KB/s I get 30 - 50, sometimes even slower. I tried with IE, Opera and Firefox and it's always the same.
I've been thinking about downloading Soundmod, but I don't think I'll do it with downloads speeds as they are now.
