Latest variant and patch for Ruinae Romae

Dear Ramon, dear all,
Just to say I started to play IBFD a year ago with IBFD 7.05. However, this version was deemed unstable (and was indeed) and was supposed to be replaced by a new 7.1 version (IIRC).
At the time, there was just one mod, with subvariants at the time.
As I come back now (with a new computer) to play again IBFD, which is a great mod, I have the impression that no progress has been made to any new variant, and that the latest variant is in fact 7.03 from 18 months ago? Is the mod dead at 7.03? Is it indeed the latest version? And if it is the latest variant, which are the latest patches? Can I put in the music patch?

Hello FFJean and welcome back! I see that you are a little confused right now and that's understandable, I'll try to clarify everything for you now.
A few months ago they decided that the forum was too confusing with the main mod and the submods (which was true), so they organized them in a different way. The mod that you call IBFD is now the submod (and the momma of the rest) so-called Ruina Romae. So, from now on we have 4 different IB mods (3 downloadable and 1 in progress), the original is Ruina Romae, besides we have IJ, Flagellum Dei and one more in the near future.
The latest version for Ruina Romae is 7.03, Ramon is still working on the 7.1 version but he's been out for a while now due to personal problems but he'll be back soon. Now if you're interested in some graphic changes and new music you must DL Ihatemonday's soundmod, a real piece of work!!!!
