    Default Hannibal

    I have heard there is a way to have units emerge on the strat map, I was wondering If someone could show me how to have Hannibal's Army emerge in like Italy or Iberia.
    Thanks.
    Could someone also show me how to lower the upkeep of units.

    To lower the unit's upkeep you have to modify the EDU.txt file

    This link http://forums.totalwar.org/vb/showthread.php?t=102665 shows how to do it in another mod. I don't know anything about scripting or console commands, but you might be able to adapt their directions to RTRPE.
