    Default Dwarven and Elven Rings

    Dwarven Ring

I hope that this mod will include at least one dwarven ring: that one which belonged to Durin's Folk.

    Here's a picture of it:

But which qualities would it give to it's bearer? Bearer should be king of Durin's Folk at the time and it would go to next king when old one dies. :hmmm:

But here's my idea what it would give: +2 Command, +3 Authority, +3 Management (management was in Kingdoms, Britannia campaign and it is also included in this mod if there's culture and not religion).

But how would you get this ring? Locations where it might be are Dol Guldur where it was last seen and Mordor. Probably Witch King took dwarven ring from Dol Guldur and brought it to Sauron. :hmmm:

But if that is too complicated, mod team could include rings which Sauron never get to himself. There were 4 those rings but they had been lost for ages. It was sayed that they were still in some dwarven cities which dragons or orcs had destroyed.

I suggest that if you conquer Ered Mithrin as dwarves you will get ring from there to your king because dwarven kingdom of Ered Mithrin was destroyed by dragons and cold-drakes. So there might small possibility that there were dwarven ring in Ered Mithrin.

i think it's a very good idea, i mean not only this but the whole ring thing

but it should be discussed in one topic...
Glorfindel, the Lord of the House of the Golden Flower

...Glorfindel was tall and straight, his hair was of shining gold, his face fair and young and fearless and full of joy, his eyes were bright and keen, and his voice like music, on his brow sat wisdom, and in his hand was strength...

... the Elven-wise, lords of the Eldar from beyond the furthest seas. They do not fear the Ringwraiths, for those who have dwelt in the Blessed Realm live at once in both worlds, and against both the Seen and the Unseen they have great power...

Well since there is only one topic called "the one ring?", I thought it would be good tomake own topic for this. I can change name of this topic if it bothers anybody.

    Elven Rings: Nenya, Narya, Vilya

This ring was owned by Galadriel and she used it to hide Lórien from outside world around it and she also used it to keep Lórien as beautiful elven forest. It had white jewel in it and that's why it was called White Ring, Ring of Water and The Ring of Adamant.

    Here's a picture of it:

I think that elven rings should be more powerful than dwarven ring. My idea for Nenya: +2 Command, +4 Authority, +4 Management.

Narya was originally given to Círdan but around year 1000 of TA when Gandalf arrived Círdan saw that he was most powerful from the wizards, even Saruman was their leader and that's why he gave it to Gandalf.

It had red rock in it and it was called Ring of Fire, Red Ring and Third Ring.

    Here's a picture of it:

Gandalf used it to rise free people's spirit, give them strength during hard times and to unite all free people to war against Sauron.

So here's my suggestion: +4 Command, +3 Authority/Loyalty, +3 Management. I would give quite much to command because Gandalf wasn't leader of any kingdom but he was able to rise people's spirits in battles.

Vilya was originally given to Gil-Galad, but he gave it to Elrond before they went to battle of Last Alliance. Elrond used his ring to same reasons as Galadriel. He kept Rivendell safe and hide from surrounding lands and witn ring gained there lots of knowledge and was able to heal even very hard damages.

Vilya had blue stone in it and it was called Ring of Air, Blue Ring and Sapphire Ring.

    Here's a picture of it:

I would give it +3 Command, +4 Authority, +4 Management and also quite a lot public health bonus because Elrond was knowed from his gifts of healing.

I think the Evenstar pendant is beautiful, I'd love for it to be implemented.

    Don't you just love it?

I'd say Aragorn has the ring of Barahir, and when he dies, the king of Gondor gets it. +3 Command, +3 Authority, maybe?
Also, all elven rings (and the ring of Barahir) should make it harder to bribe the general with it.

At least ring of Barahir shouldn't be as powerful as dwarven and elven rings.

What about rings of Nazgűls? I think they should have something like this: +2 Command, +4 Dread.

Well faction leaders don't have loyalty, they have authority. But I think Narya, Ring of Barahir and maybe Dwarven Ring could give some chivalry. But I don't think know that should Nenya and Vilya give chivalry at all.

Sorry, I misunderstood your message . You ment Evenstar... Yes I think it should give loyalty and chivalry to Aragorn.
