There is no need to pack files back, they are still in the packs.
Modified files cannot be put back. Anyhow, why would you want to do that?

if you don't want the files that were packed you can delete them with no problems just be sure it's not a file that was there before you unpacked the game

They take up too much space and i currently have only 4.87 GB of space left

exactly why I said you could delete them with no problems(just as long as you don't delete the files that were there before unpacking)
