Depends what type of revolution. If you start talking about violent overthrow of the government you will be put on a watch list and if you start hording illegal guns you will get a visit from the ATF.

If you feel this country is awful and needs a revolution that is your protected speech. Just don't advocate violence.

Its not realistic to go out on a boat with 370 people without some kind of goverment support. You need food water and visas. Your honestly better off renting a jumbo jet if you have the money.
