Hanseatic League

This might be a stupid question, but what cities do you need to get the Hanseatic League HQ in the Teutonic campaign? I thought I knew, but apparently I'm mistaken. I just got a message saying the Teutons had acquired it, but I erased the Teutons off the map almost 30 turns ago :hmmm:. I control Danzig, Visby and Riga and if I remember correctly those are three of the territories needed to get the Hanseatic League. So what gives?

you also need novgorod, hamburg, and stettin i think

The cities are Novgorod, Hamburg, Danzig, Riga and Visby.

You only need to have more of them than someone else. If you have two or three of these that should be enough. It is even possible to get the league with one city. Which is probably the most developed city.

Yeah, just got it in my campaign. I have Visby and Riga only, as far as I know.

Like said above you don't need to control all of the settlements. I got it when I had Visby, Hamburg and Danzig playing as Denmark.

What I did was buying those settlements or trading it for settlements with a difficult position or development. Like with the Teutonic Order; trade Thorn for Danzig, take Visby and blitz to Novgorod. Hamburg is surrounded by enemies, so better don't do efforts for it.

You need all of the Baltics cities
1- Visby
2- Uppsala
3- Kalmar
4- The one that he's named Helinsky in Vanilla
5- I think there is another one but not sure it's bean awhile

That's the Kalmar Union, not the Hanseatic League.
