1. Shouldnt Delhi be a city (dont know history)
2. The Ghorids usually conquer it early, before 1200ad its down in all my games.

I think Delhi does need to be stronger on every Ghorid campaign I do I capture Delhi before my 10th turn

Love those guys, they saved my rear end about 20-ish times in my Sindhi campaign.

No, but I'm guessing Lal Kot and Delhi are the same place?

Pretty much. It was taken a few times in the space of 50 years or so, renamed, destroyed and rebuilt a few times, and finally renamed Delhi by Qutb-ub-Din, the first of the Slave Dynasty of the Delhi Sultanate. That occurs around 20 years after BC starts, though.

When/if we move to kingdoms I can rename the settlement to Lal Kot at game start and have scripts rename it to Delhi or Lal Kot depending on whether the Musulmans or Hindustanis control it.

I feel Dehli needs to get up strength wise. Sure people want Islam to take Delhi, but does it have to happen every time?

The Rajputs (southern ones) are generally always very powerful in most campaigns and end up pwning the eastern map a lot of the times.
