I have searched this forum for any answer to my problem. If there is answer, then I am sorry for missing it.

Whenever I try to load the campaign file, the game crashes to the destop. I've just bought Total War Eras and the MTW (Gold Edition) version is 2.01. My operating system is Windows XP and my PC details are 3.19GHz, 768 MB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce FX 5500 graphic card and 25411MB of free hard drive space.

Could anyone help me please? Also please note that I am not computer expert (I am just a gamer ) and so therefore please be patient with me.
