Got a error when occupying the city on Crete island

I'm using Portugal and occupied the city on Crete island from Egypt, and then it shows "unspecified error" and jump to windows. I have been played ss6.1 with several factions and for hundreds turns but similiar mistake never happens before.

the system log is like this:

Did you reload your game and try to take it again, or was this a one time error?
