Enable diplomats in Alexander

What's the point? The reason the Alexander expansion was made with diplomats was because Alexander was almost constantly fighting against either Persians or the Barbarians, and so no diplomacy was supposed to be conducted. That might not be truly historical, but what's the fun, tension and excitement in making peace with one nation just so you can fight another? The fun comes from fighting a lot of enemies at once, a lot more interesting.

But to answer your question, I truly don't know, and have never seen it done.

Well, maybe he wants to bribe armies and cities. But whats the point? Alexander is about fighting a shedload of battles, diplomacy is just not in the spirit of the game.

Yay, but you don't need diplomats for that. You can just send an army and they will understand that it is war. And even if the tyrines weren't exterminated the eyewitnesses are probably all dead.
