Who to play as next?

I find myself starting to many campaigns then ending them like 30 or so turns in. My last campaign I played as the Teutonic Order and just got WAAAAYYY to bored with their skins and style of play. Right now I want a challenge and perhaps the ability to reenact some sort of historical situation (ie war, such as scotland/england/france) I've been really considering Scotland for this reason, but I want this campaign to last a while. I'll probably start in the late era, because I hate having to wait for the AI to build up in early. Well, who do you recommend I play as and won't get bored with?

I was thinking maybe playing as Scotland, allying with France and Ireland and then typing in the money cheat so I could give a TON of money to England and make things more challenging.

Well, I think you're in a bad mood lately but here's my suggestion:
Scotland - Crusade - Cairo (or Jerusalem). After that, stay there and play on the other side of the map.

If you stop this game too, then you need some vacations.
