Problem Reinstalling

Hello All, It's my first post here. I've been lurking for a 'lil while and decided to join up. I had SPQR 6.4 but decided to reisntall and go vanilla. I manually deleted all files and cleaned the registries prior to rebooting. I don't know what else to do. Please Help?!

No ideas from anyone? I've completed the withdrawl from not playing for a week. I still try to install it everyday, only to get the same error message (data2.cab). I may give up soon. I'm completely out of ideas, I've even tried to install it on the downstairs computer but I get the same message. I think it may be the disc but there are no scratches and I don't want two copies of RTW if it's not the disc. Thanks for taking the time to read this.

Do you have XP or Vista? It's a registry thing. You have something someplace hidden.
