siege equipment not building
This has happened to me a couple times now... 99% of the time, I have a general in my armies, so I never noticed this before, but when I do lay siege without a general in the army, siege equipment does not get built.
Here's an example picture: big army, ordered siege equipment to be built last turn, this turn nothing's built. No general. Next door in Iconium, an army with a general had no trouble building siege equipment last turn and heading into town this turn. This occurred once before during the same campaign at some other city/castle.
The dumb part is, after 2 turns, it was all built.
