Download Files?

I'm in a bit of a hurry so I'm sorry if this can be found somewhere else, however I was wondering if someone can provide me a list of what downloads I must get to run this game. I have RS 1 from earlier and then a file called "RomaPatch8", but after awhile of not playing this mod I would like to start a new campaign and don't know what files to use. While reading I saw a new version called RS 1.5, would this be all I need? Just that one download?

If that's all I need thanks for the help! I'll be back in a few hours to check back and hopefully get this game going.

follow instructions with a RTW 1.5 or BI 1.6 patch .
