What's funny and not too far off, in most of our lifetimes it wouldn't surprise me to see a people credit. You'd actually have to buy or sell people credits to have kids. In all the papers i've read about this kind of nonsense, they time and time again resort to population reduction.

I don't know why this is a bad thing. War is destructive. If its possible to lessen, if only a bit, the devastation that war causes, then why not? Now, I may be against it if it sacrifices power, costs an extremely obscene amount to research, and so forth- but so far it has not. So far it seems like they are finding results, so why is this a bad thing? Why is this funny? There are a hell of a lot better examples where Green activists shove their dogma down our throats when its not even appropriate, are quick to blame humanity over an insignificant event, or propose unrealistic solutions. This is not one of them...

No, no that will not happen. Population will need to decrease. The Earth can not sustain these many people. Whether this will be enforced by a Government [and god willing it will not be a Western one...] or will simply be natural [ala lack of food, money, increase in disease etc] it does not matter.

I think people would be amazingly happy selling credits to others to have kids. if its tax breaks from the goverment for nto having kids they would go "meh" but when it comes to being paid i think people would enjoy it.

All this is an attempt to make a bomb that is more powerful. Some people though read into it not using carbon as the army going "green" nope its the army doing as it always has (and should) looking for a weapon that kills more enemies.

No It started to make one that was more enviormentaly freindly. They just lucked out thtas whats so funny. Now look Im not against being green. I think natural is better and weve been decived into using petroleum products far to extensively than was ever needed. This better living through chemistry has got to go and we need to get back in harmony with nature. There are far better natural recources out there than oil. Just not for running cars and machines at this moment. But there are tons of other things we make from it we coull\d replace with natural products quickly.
