He propably has some thing between his fingers that he found in his ear or his nose before... maybe he is forming it to a tiny ball, so that he can fire it as a missile... using his thumb as a barrel and his index finger as a bolt...
But what has this to do with the strawberry icecream... and can somebody tell me what role the spoon plays?
