Beta Gameplay Footage

Looks great so far. If you haven't noticed, it has to do with the Chimera invading the U.S., doesn't mention what happens to the few British survivors (I'm guessing they fled to the U.S. as well)

Hale is dealing with the chimera virus and going nuts, but he still has to save the world.

Looks ALOT better IMO, multiplayer seems more immersive with new content to set it aside from other FPS', tons of new single-player content, better graphics, better AI, new weapons, new story. Heck, I can't wait.

The gameplay seems relatively unchanged, which is fine since I loved it beforehand, and the machinegun used in the Beta is probably the M5A2 or the next upgrade, It looks alot nicer and doesn't have that ugly fat tracer. Obviously it's a beta so its unfurnished (he throws grenades while shooting, allied AI is almost non-existant)

Oh and, official Insomniac Linky. Couldn't find any reviews, go buy the Game Informer issue if you must.

Wow those are some retarded allies you'd think they'd at least give them enough to make it look good before showing footage. Still I'm sure in the end it will be pretty good as the first one wasn't to bad.

That "beta" is actually the beta for the FIRST Resistance.

Ya know, I'll admit as a 360 owner this title always peaked my interest. Sounds like it's a good game and I love the whole premise and such

My only hope (and biggest problem with numba 1) is that they actually make the soldiers useful. For instance, for those who played Resistance, just look at the first level. Your american's were absolutely massacred by chimera. I understand, uknown alien threat "Holy crap wtf do we do" kind of thing, but theres one part where you just rejoined like 20 guys and you're charging down a road, a car explodes by mortar fire and at least 12 die, then 3 more, then 2 more....no fun.

I wanted some massive battles with AlliesvsChimera with Hale just dumped in the middle.

reisitance fell short for me,something just didnt feel right.mabye this one will have what i felt was left out, allthough it will most likely be overshadowed by killzone 2.
