how do I make EB into a window?

I wasn't sure where to ask this, but how do I get EB to run as a normal window instead of a full screen?

I am kind of tired of having to shut off everything else to play it and visa versa.

Adding the " -ne" option to the shortcut or trivial script.

Ok I added it to my short cut which currently reads

C:\Users\Giuliano\Desktop\EB\RomeTW.exe -mod:eb -show_err -ne

Its not working, I am still getting it as a full screen. where is the trivial script?

Wherever you chose to install it, probably in the RTW/EB folder.

Ok I tried that.

I added " -ne" to the end of both the trivial script and the short cut.

Interestingly the only change was the screen went black for a few seconds every few seconds.

But it was still full screen, do you have any idea what I am doing wrong? Could it have something to do with my system?

I did make some minor modifications to EB, I lowered the upkeep cost of all naval and artillery units by half and decreased the rebel spawn rate.
