For anyone who likes (or needs) to use the process explorer to end some processes. I for one do (punkbuster for some reason has a memory leak issue in my system which others have experienced i first noticed with COD4) So I kill it every time i start my pc to avoid it and only run it while its needed. Which with kingdoms, wouldnt let me play the game after that. So I found a 3rd party freeware app called "Task Killer" that basically performs the same function as the process explorer and does not trigger securoms issues of not letting you play. So you can still end hanging programs unwanted processes and the like, without dreading a restart if you want to play a securom game.

I couldnt get any of the "Hide/unload" the PE driver fixes to work, but this did.
