    Default Polybian rebel appears in Camillian era.

    In around about 268 BC in Northern Italy a rebel army with 3 units a general named "Brvtvs, some Polybian velites and some Polybian equites. Not hard to defeat granted, but not very accurate. Any help? Unless I'm missing something and Eleutheroi made Romani army reforms before Romani but somehow I don't thin so...
