Gentlemen, I am proud to announce a Medieval II Total War machinima. It's an epic movie taking place in Europe during the crusades. Our crew, currently consisting of five men, is now realising it using Medieval II Total War, it's Cinematic Editor, Blender, After Effects, etc.
So far we've done the preparations and can now start to model, animate and record the footage. For this step we need people who are experienced in Blender or similar programs (Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, Milkshape) for animation and moddelling. If you think that you can help us, please pm me. Update 17th july. Some notes about your job:
We will use parts of vanilla M2TW British Isles and maybe some mods. We'll take footage from that, but we'll also extract, modify and animate units in some scenes. For example, interaction between different units need to be animated in a 3D program. Later they'll be put into the environment. I'm not much skilled in modeling myself. We got two guys in team who actually can model but they also don't have much experience in modding this game. Hence I need the modeler. It should be someone who is able to do that things and who can also explain us how to do most of the things ourselves and how to fix some problems that we already face.
The result will undoubtly be awesome. It'll outclass every Total War video you have seen so far! You have the opportunity to take part of it!
