Exactly, who cares? Nobody, especially no head of state should apologize that someone is burning any book. If I had the technical equipment, I would burn a Quran myself and put it up on youtube. On the other hand, I wouldn't call for any muslim leader to apologize for burning any bibles, flags or what else.
