I've been waiting a long time for it. Is it really to be released soon? I couldn't find any new information along that line on the site.

Because there isn't any.
There isn't a release date yet.
Personally I'm not looking forward to this game anymore.
When it was announced it looks nice but now after delay after delay and delay this game looks like outdated and boring.
I would have imagine them trying to spend all this time making the game look somewhat appealing but no.
Whatever they have spent all this time on I don't know, I haven't seen any improvements to the game.

Well from what I know, the game is focused on realism in the tactics, not so much on graphics. I don't know what to make of it yet as it's not available to be played.

I'm fully aware of that but nice graphics can enhance the realism alot.
Now it doesn't have to look like Crysis but this game looked average when it was announced, today it looks horrible.
There comes a time when the graphics ruin the feeling of the game and from the looks of it, this game has passed over that limit now.
And instead of trying to make this game look more appealing to people with the time they got from the delays, they seem to have done nothing.
Mean what were they doing all this time ??

I've followed this game for like 2 years but then just gave up. The devs don't release it. All they were doing, is posting like 5 screenshots every month.

A little very informed bird told me its coming out very very soon... this summer.

A very complete beta was spoted somewhere around the perimeter of TWC in an unspecified tool shed out back yonder

Originally yes... one frenchman loving detail... but from January of this year a small team was drafted in by battlefront to help him finnish it... including a person from TWC.

As much as I like indy developers, these guys will have really tough time trying to get back all the money they spent on developing this game.

From what I can tell from the Histwar forums, the game won't be released until around February-March, after which time it will be overshadowed by ETW.

And that's assuming LG is released at all, which is ambiguous.
