Please Please help

I have downloaded the Kingdom mod recently, after I install it, there is always showing a message that I insert the incorrect CD. I can no longer open the Kingdom. Can anyone tells me what's wrong with that?

What do you mean by the "Kingdom mod"? The expansion? If yes, how did you DL it? Via digital download?

It is the official mod from CA

Where is it? Could you post a link? I don't remember an "update mod".
Anyway, if you got it from a legal place, try it on an other computer and see if it works there.

Which version do you have and which version did you download? Check to make sure whether it's gold, download, or standalone and which language. Not all download versions right now are supported. For more info: http://www.totalwarforums.com/ and go down to Kingdoms Update Released.

Ah, so you mean the patch; that's why I didn't understand.
Irishron is right, you've probably downloaded the wrong version, in that case something like this can happen.
