Could someone please sticky this, or make me a local mod, or do something!!!
For the last couple of months it hasn't been stickied, and so keeps on getting knocked back onto the second page. The contest has been a fairly long standing thing, so it would be nice to have it done properly.

Would be nice to have it pinned and there for all to see

Would also be nice to be able to close threads that are redundant or have been answered so the 1st page isn't full of repeated questions
